Summer rain, it is warm and fun to play in. My kids have little plastic toy boats they like putting in the gutter at our house and letting them run down the road during a heavy rain. If you don't have a plastic boat why not make one? You can play with them anywhere; pool, bathtub, stream, lake, or in the water in front of your house on a rainy day. Mom's with little ones can pull down and fill up the door of your dishwasher with water and let little ones play with them there while you work in the kitchen. Be creative, how can you decorate them, what size or color do you want them to be? Can you make enough to recreated a battle? What can you use to waterproof them? Have fun!
